Ohh Shush - IBM X3650 M3 fan mod

I modded the fans in my IBM X3650 M3 to be quieter.

I was inspired by Jarrodl's article where he used the motherboard fan headers to power an active heatsink on his two procs.

I clipped the 8 wires on the hot swap fan module pulled out the old loud fans and used Jarrodl's pinout diagram to terminate the hotswap module wires with standard PWM male 4+3 fan headers. I need to swap the blue white wires (fan A) as I messed up while following a PWM pinout that had a blue PWM wire. I will fix it but even as it is, it works just no PWM control and IMM doesn't register its tach. Fan B works perfectly. Seems to be much quieter but I have plans to mod the other two as well.
